The STRATOS solar thermal system is a compact solar system for the production of domestic hot water (DHW) through direct heating of the integrated domestic hot water tank. Thanks to its elegant design and extremely compact size, the STRATOS® DR system is the ideal choice for combining quality, aesthetics, and energy savings. STRATOS is a system recommended for geographical areas with a high annual solar radiation index. When the system is ready for use, it can be installed in a battery to increase the available DHW storage volumes, while maintaining the efficiency of the entire solar system. The system must be installed in areas where there is no risk of frost. If Stratos is exposed to temperatures below 0°C (and in any case not below -5°C), the installation and use of the anti-freeze safety heater (available on request) is necessary.
